Guthrie’s Golden Fried Chicken Fingers opened in Boaz in December 2005.    The first store opened in Haleyville, AL in 1965 with the idea of just chicken fingers starting in 1982 at the Auburn location.  The implementation of this concept made Guthrie’s “The Original Chicken Finger Specialist.”  The Guthrie’s began selling franchises in early 2005.  Chad and Rachel Blackwell are proud to be the owners of our local Guthrie’s Franchise.

The menu is simple with chicken fingers, fries, slaw, toast and the homemade secret sauce.  Customers can get a box or a bucket, depending on the occasion.  Recently, the menu has been expanded to include a chicken finger salad and homemade chocolate pie.  They provide the freshest chicken and the cleanest environment.  They prepare your food when you order and the chicken fingers are always fresh, never frozen.
