Gaines Florist

Gaines Florist is family owned and operated and has been since it first opened the doors 60 years ago. 

Gaines Florist, located at 2296 US Highway 431, began in 1948 when the now late Lucille Gaines decided to open her own business. 

Lucille’s son, Randy, sold the business to Fred and Margaret Gray in 1968.  When the Gray’s decided to retire, the florist was then taken by their daughters– the rightful owners of Gaines Florist as we know it today. 

Owners, Carolyn and George Kilpatrick and Brenda Stoner are very proud of the business they have built over the years.  “We would like to thank all of our customers for doing business with us,” says Carolyn Kilpatrick. 

Gaines Florist offers cut flowers for any occasion.  They also have house plants and silk flower arrangements for sell.  They custom make arrangements for funerals and weddings, as well as, other life changing moments where flowers are needed.
