Scott Photo Service began solely as a photo finishing retail store in June of 1989. The business was established by Jacky and Betty Scott. After two years of providing only photofinishing, Scott Photo expanded services to become an authorized dealer for Canon, and Pentax cameras. They now offer a complete line of cameras and accessories for these camera brands.

In 1996 the business was moved directly onto 431, which is now the present location. Upon the passing of Jacky Scott in September of 2001, his son Steve Scott took over the operation of the business. Not long after, new equipment was installed to offer additional services to the both the amateur and professional photographers. Updated services now include a full digital lab that can process photos from film or digital media from 3x5 size up to 12x18 enlargements, photo restoration, passport and INS photographs, darkroom supplies, camera bags and various other photo accessories.

Recently, Scott Photo put in place an online service to allow the photographer to upload the digital files to be printed with their high quality photo finishing system.
